School has started!!!

It was another first day of school for the boys!

The famous first day of school.  As I sat taking this picture it made me sad to think this is Winston's "last" first day of school picture in front of the sign.  He moves onto another school next year.  Where does the time go.

Corn Harvest 2013

Another year of harvest has come and gone!  The moment when "Farmer" Josh finds out if all his hard work and dedication has paid off.

 Thank you Josh for working so hard and giving our family such a very blessed life!

Wintoniak Racing 2013

This year Josh only raced 4 major races.  He finished every race and brought the car home in 1 piece.  He managed to finish with a 3rd place finish overall for the P.A.S.S serious which was 3 races put on at the Wenatchee Valley Super Oval.  Great job Josh!  We love you!!

Mutton Bustin' & Round-up Rodeo

Ready for another year of the Grant County Rodeo

Before the Rodeo Hans and Alyee both got to be apart of the "Mutton Bustin".  Who wouldn't want to ride a sheep?  Hans was super excited and Alyee also however she had NO idea what her mom had signed her up for.  

She and  cousin Payton were in it together.  The 2 of them picking out their Sheep.

First up was "Hollywood Hans"

He didn't make it far but he said it was "AWESOME"!

And he even earned himself a trophy and a patch!

Next was Alyee

She started off really GOOD!

She got to have alittle interview after her ride and she announced that "she will not be doing this again" It was super cute! and yes she will be doing it again because I'm her mom! 

Alyee earned herself a belt buckle as a added bonus for being so cute!  

I'm very proud of her for doing this and keeping a smile on her face the WHOLE time!

Great job kids!

LOVE that these cousins get to make memories together and have formed such a GREAT friendship for one and other!

Demo 2013

It is a summer highlight.....  Grant County Demolation Derby!  Josh has been apart of the Grant County Demo for just under 20 years.  Once again the #43 had a GREAT evening, winning his heat race and becoming the overall winner for 2013 in heat races.

Leavenworth

About a week ago the kids and I went and spent a day with Grandpa and Grandma in Leavenworth.  It was very relaxing and enjoyable.  A great way to enjoy one of the few days left before it was back to school.

She finally got wheels

Alyee has been waiting very patiently for this day and it has finally arrived.  She is now the owner of Winston's old 4-wheeler and she couldn't be happier.

For the past few weeks my grandparents from Missouri have been visiting.  We got to spend some nice time with them and do some catching up since we don't see them much.

With them visiting it also allowed us to get some pictures of Grandparents and Grandkids.

The waiting is over

During this last school year a lot of Hans friends all started loosing their teeth.  Hans REALLY wanted to be apart of the fun but his teeth just weren't ready.  This summer it all changed.  Hans has been loosing his teeth none stop and is now toothless.  He is finding it challenging to eat corn on the cob but loves that he is like his friends now.
